Louis has written more than 200 songs in various styles. He writes hymns, worship songs, ministry songs and reflective singer/songwriter material. His songs are being sung in many churches in South Africa and the Netherlands. His 23 albums have won various local awards and some have achieved gold and platinum status. He ‘retired’ from the Law in 1994 and his music ministry has taken him to 16 countries to date, ministering to thousands of audiences. His worship events, concerts and worship services combine well-known worship, original hymns, honest music ministry and well-honed professional craft as he brings audiences a mixture of Western and South-African styles.
